Role Summary

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to help us expand our brand connections and drive client meetings.

  • This role involves researching potential brand clients in kids fashion/lifestyle industry, reaching out to them via email, calls, and social media, and following up until a meeting is confirmed.
  • The successful candidate will also maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet to track outreach activities and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Research: Identify and research potential brand clients in the kids fashion/lifestyle industry.
  • Outreach: Reach out to brands via email, calls, and social media, and follow up until a meeting is confirmed.
  • Tracking: Maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet to track outreach activities.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings in the founder's calendar.
  • Improvement: Suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Organized and Proactive: The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing or influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Part-Time Availability: Ability to work part-time (20h a week) from office-atelier in Jaipur.
What We Offer
  • Base Pay: ₹10,000/month (part-time)
  • Meeting Bonus: Bonus per confirmed booked meeting.
  • Conversion Bonus: Additional bonus if the brand agrees to work with us.
