This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Brand Advisor to join our team in Jaipur.

The role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/convert sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">

  • Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.

    ">">

  • Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.

  • Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings

    ">">

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.

  • Preparation of client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.

  • Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time

    ">">

  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges & potential client issues.

    ">">

  • Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction and all other pre & post-sales activities.

  • Represent the Brand in National/International Art & Design events and private previews.

Requirements:

  • ">

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute. (Can even consider an Interior Designer)

  • 7+ years (preferably in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry)

    ">">

  • Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.

    ">">

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Mindset & approach to be solution-driven.
