Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Solar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at EcoSoch Solar Pvt. Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in the solar energy sector.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solar solutions to potential customers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and technical support, to provide tailored solar solutions to clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record in field sales with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships in the solar industry.
