Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in delivering customer-focused data management systems and a strong understanding of system configuration and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make technology decisions related to the client's data environment and interpret requirements to architect a solution.
  • Drive end-to-end solution architecture of data management, including data model definition and refinement, data quality assessment, and remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship, process, and system interaction design.
  • Utilize data management technologies and tools across companies to enable the management and integration of master data.
  • Working knowledge of automation technologies like RPA is essential.
  • Lead projects for simplification and automation, with in-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) and understanding of sub-systems and t-codes.
  • Actively derive new initiatives, including evaluation, discussion, and selection of vendors/implementation partners.
  • Timely delivery of projects in collaboration with process owners and IT verticals.
  • Identification of gaps in existing processes, support, and drive closure of related projects through automation.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Commitment to ethical behavior adhering to all current laws.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant or CA Inter or MBA Finance degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience, specifically in technologies used in SSC environments and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies like RPA.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) to lead projects for simplification and automation.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Timely delivery of projects in collaboration with process owners and IT verticals.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
