Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT governance frameworks and operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and controls to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Oversee policy development, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth.
  • Coordinate risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT processes support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness, and governance program execution.
