Job Title: Real-Time Bus Tracking Product Lead

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the development of our real-time bus tracking experience. As the product lead, you will define and own the vision & roadmap for this critical feature.

This role requires a deep understanding of user pain points, particularly in areas like bus visibility, ETA accuracy, and reliability. You will build a measurement framework for prediction engine performance and collaborate closely with engineering & data science teams to improve algorithms, accuracy, and system performance.

  • Develop and drive the product strategy for real-time bus tracking, ensuring it meets user needs and business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in current offerings and develop solutions to address them.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and user impact.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.

Requirements:

  • Masters-level expertise in product management, preferably with experience in transportation, mobility, or consumer tech.
  • Proven track record of developing and driving product strategies that deliver business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with engineering, design, and data science teams.
