
Senior Embedded Hardware Project Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex embedded hardware projects. This requires effective collaboration with engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments.
- Manage project dependencies and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of the entire automotive embedded product development lifecycle, with a focus on iterative development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
- Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware architectures, real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols (CAN bus, LIN bus), and functional safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex technical challenges within an Agile framework.
- A proactive approach to risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, customers and other stakeholders.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments.

- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Embedded Systems: Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware architectures, real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols (CAN bus, LIN bus), and functional safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex technical challenges within an Agile framework.
- Functional Safety Standards: Knowledge of functional safety standards, including ISO 26262.
- Communication Protocols: Familiarity with communication protocols, including CAN bus and LIN bus.
