Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

  • Manage customer experience, upselling/cross-selling, and net promoter score hygiene.
  • Analyze data insights to drive customer growth success and marketing Strategies.
  • Set goals strategy for all accounts track success of Pixis solutions provided to the customer.
  • Act as AI marketing solutions expert identify create implement marketing solutions achieve measurable business results for partners.
  • Design metrics measures determine ROI on Pixis products evangelize Pixis products educating clients product solutions best practices.
  • Address customer satisfaction manage diverse set issues until resolved coordinate internal resources interact with each customer.
  • Understand assess customer requirements level adoption service assessing risk renewing current contract.
  • Build thorough understanding client brand business customers competitive landscape providing strategic guidance building digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop industry best practices media strategies benchmarking initiatives business use cases conducting knowledge sharing sessions team members developing analytical frameworks research protocols.
  • Generate reports present performance snapshots to internal stakeholders

About You:
