IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting end-users, and implementing security protocols.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise and proactive problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems.

You will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime. Additionally, you will manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions, provide technical support to employees, and resolve IT-related queries.

This role requires strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches), and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).

A good understanding of cybersecurity practices, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator/System Administrator or similar role.
