IT Infrastructure Management Expert

We are looking for a seasoned IT infrastructure manager to lead our organization's IT strategy, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

The role requires a strong background in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals, managing hybrid environments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.
  • Manage hybrid environments (e.g., Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization.
  • Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor IT engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on IT health and KPIs.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
