We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Investment Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of new deal opportunities, evaluating the deal and assessing whether it fits into our investment framework.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of valuation models and market nuances, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will also have the ability to develop detailed financial models tailored to the complexities of infrastructure investments, incorporating nuanced factors pertaining to debt, tax etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape
  • Evaluating the deal and assessing whether it fits into our investment framework
  • Developing detailed financial models tailored to the complexities of infrastructure investments

Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to prepare comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees, articulating the unique aspects of each opportunity and proposing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell side environment, with a demonstrated understanding of sector-specific nuances. A qualification such as an MBA from a Tier 1 institution and CA (Rankers preferred) would also be advantageous.
