Our organization seeks a seasoned IT professional to oversee the upkeep and development of its infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, deploying, and maintaining Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V Server environments while adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
  • They must administer user support tickets in accordance with ITIL principles, ensuring prompt resolutions and high levels of user satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will design, deploy, and maintain Active Directory services, including Domain Controllers, User/Group Management, and Group Policy Administration.
  • They will be responsible for managing a hybrid Active Directory environment, ensuring timely synchronizations between On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other tenant services.
  • The selected individual will collaborate closely with the IT Security team to implement security best practices and controls, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our Infrastructure.
  • They will also develop and implement regular backups and disaster recovery strategies for all Infrastructure services, ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of Infrastructure services, such as Asset Inventory and Software/Hardware design and implementation.
  • Regular reporting on server performance, security, and compliance metrics, as well as other relevant metrics.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies early on.
