Job Title: Senior Urban Infrastructure Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Infrastructure Manager to lead our team in implementing large-scale urban infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on urban development and housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the state-level implementation of centrally sponsored schemes, including monitoring and evaluation.
  • Lead large-scale urban infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop annual action plans and coordinate teams for effective project execution.
  • Supervise project management activities, including timelines, budgeting, and fund utilization.
  • Prepare and manage project-related documents, ensuring government compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including state, municipal, and central government officials, private developers, and financial institutions.
  • Coordinate the flow of funds, ensuring timely release and proper utilization.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure robust project reporting.
  • Implement and maintain IT-enabled platforms for project monitoring and data analysis.
  • Address grievances and resolve escalation issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Large-scale project management experience, with a focus on urban development and housing.
  • Deep understanding of centrally sponsored schemes and urban governance.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and fund tracking.
  • IT and data analytics expertise, including MIS, dashboards, and process automation.
  • Strategy development and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
  • RFP preparation and bid process design experience.
  • Team leadership and capacity building abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi (verbal and written).
