Insurance Policy Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Policy Coordinator to fill this role. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate insurance policy records, endorsements, and renewals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Verify documents and input precise data into internal systems.
  • Assist in claim documentation and follow-up with concerned departments.
  • Coordinate with agents, underwriters, and clients for missing or incorrect information.
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports and support audits.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in General Insurance Operations and have strong attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and insurance software is also required.
