Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable backend systems and microservices.">
  • Full-Stack Development (Backend Focus): Develop robust backend solutions using PHP and Python.">

Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers, fostering growth and adherence to best practices.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion clean code principles, test-driven development, and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.

">

Problem Solving & Debugging: Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.

">

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

">

Performance & Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize system response times and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.">
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a significant portion in backend development.">
  • Proficiency in PHP, extensive experience in designing and implementing applications adhering to MVC architectural pattern.">
  • Expert proficiency in Python, hands-on experience, and strong understanding of either Flask or FastAPI.">
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.">
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.">
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.">
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, message queues, front-end technologies, and Agile/Scrum development environment.">
