We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise in designing and building large-scale backend systems. The ideal candidate will come with product company experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong fundamentals in Java, microservices, and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and scale backend systems and APIs for high-performance applications.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with Java/Spring Boot.
  • Drive best practices in code quality, design patterns, and system architecture.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and release cycles.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of backend development experience, preferably in a product company.
  • Strong expertise in Java, OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and caching systems.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Ability to design systems for scalability, high availability, and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a premium institute (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, etc.).
  • Proven track record of working in product-based environments.
