Job Summary
:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer - L1 with strong expertise in to join our development team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Backend Developer - L2 to implement features, develop backend services, and contribute to building scalable, efficient architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in , a good understanding of the software development life cycle, and a passion for creating reliable, high-performance backend solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Implement Requirements and Use Cases

2. Work closely with Senior Backend Developer - L2 to understand project requirements and implement assigned use cases.

3. Write and test code to deliver backend features and services that meet project requirements and quality standards.

4. Develop and Maintain Backend Services

5. Build and optimize backend components, APIs, and services using and related technologies.

6. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with frontend components and other backend services.

7. Collaborate on Solution Design

8. Participate in solution design discussions, providing insights to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.

9. Implement code according to architectural best practices, with guidance from Senior Developers.

10. Participate in Code Reviews

11. Contribute to code review processes to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain code quality.

12. Adapt to feedback from Senior Developers and Leads to continuously improve coding practices.

13. Troubleshoot and Debug

14. Identify and resolve bugs or issues in collaboration with the team.

15. Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

16. Contribute to Testing and Quality Assurance

17. Write and execute unit and integration tests to verify code functionality and performance.

18. Support quality assurance efforts by assisting with feature validation and testing when necessary.

19. Document Technical Work

20. Prepare documentation for code implementations, APIs, and backend workflows.

21. Ensure documentation is clear and accessible for team reference and future maintenance.

22. Stay Updated on Technology Trends

23. Continuously improve knowledge of development and emerging backend technologies.

24. Share insights and learnings with the team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on with Microservices

• Technical Skills
  :

• : Proficient in and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Microservices
  Architecture
  : Familiarity with microservices concepts is a plus.
• Express
  : Hands-on experience with Express or similar backend frameworks.
• Database Skills
  : Good knowledge of SQL, experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and an understanding of NoSQL databases like ElasticSearch, MongoDB.
• API Development
  : Ability to build and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Version Control
  : Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.
