Expert Finance Lead

The Finance Lead plays a pivotal role in the IT SAP Global Center of Excellence structure.

This key position is crucial for setting and managing the organization's SAP IT landscape, aligning with business requirements of the Finance Department. An expert in SAP, the Finance Lead must possess mastery-level competency in the SAP Finance and Controlling module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance SAP solutions for Finance Department processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the creation of new SAP landscapes and implement SAP by replacing existing non-SAP solutions/business needs.
  • Define, design, and deliver SAP processes: Ensure best practice design and implementation of SAP solutions for Finance processes, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Support technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor progress and team performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain advanced level technical certification to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, promoting growth and development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA Finance).
  • Certification in SAP: Preferred (FI/CO Module).
  • 10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong functional knowledge of Sales, Manufacturing, or other Enterprise processes using SAP, with specialization in Finance and Controlling Module.
  • Minimum of 7 years prior experience in managing large-scale SAP-related programs in the capacity of Finance Lead.
