Your responsibilities will include:Design and Development
  • Develop a wide range of accessories, including bags and other fashion items, with a focus on sustainable materials and designs.
  • Conduct thorough research on trends, consumer preferences, and material sourcing to inform design decisions.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with artisans.
Material Sourcing and Innovation
  • Identify and source high-quality, sustainable materials that align with our eco-friendly principles.
  • Evaluate materials based on their environmental impact, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Sampling, Prototyping, and Quality Assurance
  • Oversee the creation of samples and prototypes to refine designs and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with artisans and manufacturers to achieve desired results, addressing any quality issues or concerns.
Trend Forecasting and Analysis
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments, identifying emerging trends and incorporating them into our designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accessory design and development, with a strong understanding of sustainable design principles and materials.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, keen eye for aesthetics, and passion for ethical fashion and sustainability.
