Expert Manufacturing Professional

At the heart of this role lies a passion for efficiency and innovation. We are seeking an expert manufacturing professional to join our team in driving transformational change within operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solving complex operational challenges, with a strong functional knowledge in one or more areas such as discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with people at all levels in an organization. A strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

Lead Transformational Change

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes

Drive Process Improvement

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and waste
  • Design and implement process improvements that drive increased productivity and efficiency

Build High-Performing Teams

  • Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams to drive business results
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help team members achieve their full potential

Manage Multiple Projects

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely completion and meeting financial targets

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years leadership and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in STEM, Operations, or Business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt is a plus)
  • Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, or turnaround and restructurings
  • Direct operating experience with P&L accountability
