Digital Manufacturing Strategist

This role is part of a Sector Supply Chain IT Deployment team responsible for driving digital transformation in manufacturing across key regions. It serves as a strategic bridge between IT and Manufacturing, driving shop floor digitization through packaged and custom-built IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Markets/Business Units to ensure technology initiatives align with business priorities and goals.
- Lead the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions, including DVC, GE shop floor solutions, and others.
- Implement end-to-end shop floor solutions in line with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
- Ensure digital solutions integrate with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
- Oversee project delivery, tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication for digital manufacturing programs across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs, including MES, SCADA, and GE shop floor automation solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience in consulting or leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset and focus on execution.
