Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support electronic batch records (eBRs) and manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define User Requirements: The Manufacturing Systems Specialist will work closely with customers to identify their needs and develop user requirements specifications.
  • Design Electronic Batch Files: The specialist will design and create electronic batch files that meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
  • Manage BOM, Recipes, and Production IT Systems: The Manufacturing Systems Specialist will manage bill of materials, recipes, and production IT systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Qualification and Risk Assessment: The specialist will participate in qualification and risk assessment processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Solution Validation: The Manufacturing Systems Specialist will propose and validate solution choices with IT teams and quality teams.
  • MES Deployment: The specialist will deploy MES across manufacturing units, perform qualification, and validation batches.
  • Documentation Update: The Manufacturing Systems Specialist will update manufacturing documentation after implementing electronic batch files.
  • User Training: The specialist will provide training for MES users in partnership with the training team.
  • Deviation Follow-up: The Manufacturing Systems Specialist will ensure deviation follow-up and processing within deadlines and regulations.
  • Shop Floor Troubleshooting: The specialist will perform real-time shop floor troubleshooting with immediate corrective actions.
