Job Overview

The role of an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect involves leading complex transformations and implementations from a solutioning and delivery perspective.

A trusted advisor to clients on major technological decisions and industry best practices is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience working in Oracle HCM Solutions, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.

  • Leading complex Oracle Cloud HCM transformations/implementations from a solutioning and delivery perspective is key.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on major technological decisions and industry best practices.
  • Providing architectural and module-specific solutions, recommendations, and options for critical business requirements and processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading complex Oracle Cloud HCM transformations/implementations from a solutioning and delivery perspective.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on major technological decisions and industry best practices.
  • Preparing and leading functional workshops and engaging with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
  • Providing architectural and module-specific solutions, recommendations, and options for critical business requirements and processes.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex product issues.

Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of experience working in Oracle HCM Solutions.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.
  • Mastery in implementing Oracle Global Human Resources (Core HR) in complex business environments.

Preferred qualifications include an understanding or experience in BI Publisher / OTBI / Data Migration tools, as well as experience of multiple industry sectors.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and an MBA in HR or an HR-related qualification is desirable.
