Chief Oracle SCM Transformation Officer

Drive complex business transformations by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and associated solutions.
This role oversees multiple client accounts, leads solution architecture, and develops tools and best practices to foster strategic partnerships with Oracle vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and configure Oracle SCM applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop and enforce industry-leading best practices, maturity models, and solution frameworks.
- Collaborate across teams, provide solutions impacting multiple business areas, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and guide teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
- Expertise in Oracle SCM, Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Proven track record in strategic Oracle Cloud architecture design and delivery.
- 15+ years overall experience, with 12+ years in Oracle SCM Supply Chain Planning.
- At least 10 years in Oracle leadership roles.
