Leadership Opportunity: Oracle SCM Transformation

The successful candidate will drive complex Oracle transformations with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, HCM, Technology, and Industry solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple accounts and lead solution architecture.
  • Design, build, and configure Oracle SCM applications to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Develop and enforce best practices, maturity models, and solution frameworks.
  • Collaborate across teams and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client and organizational strategy.
  • Contribute to high-value deal solutioning and Oracle partnership engagements.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Proven track record in strategic Oracle Cloud architecture design and delivery.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
