Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Engineering Lead.

Job Description

As an Engineering Lead, your primary focus will be on ensuring the technical excellence of our products and services, while also fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 8 years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Golang.
  • Proven expertise in system design, architecture, and scalability, with a track record of building large-scale systems that can handle high traffic and complex transactions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services, including ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, EC2, and Route 53.
  • Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB databases, as well as experience with data modeling and database optimization.
  • Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code, with a strong emphasis on code quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative problem-solving.
