Founding Role Overview

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing software solutions or AI tools to automate manual workflows in the creator space.
  • Owning and building product features from start to finish, with a focus on delivering weekly sprints.
  • Developing a deep understanding of how brands utilize our platform to inform and improve feature development.
  • Closely collaborating with our CTO to deploy client-facing features and optimize internal processes.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in AI / ML, with experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and the ability to customize and develop models as needed.
  • Proficiency in Typescript / Javascript, preferably with expertise in NextJS, React, Express, and/or PostgreSQL.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering production-ready applications.

We prioritize outcomes over tasks and offer complete autonomy to determine the best approach to achieve milestones.
