Product Vision Leader

Job Summary

Kovalty seeks a Product Vision Leader to drive product development and software solution success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with business goals and market demands.

2. Assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and differentiation.

3. Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring maximum value delivery to customers.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine acceptance criteria.

5. Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

6. Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams.

7. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product features, and address concerns.

8. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication.

9. Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute product releases ensuring deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.

10. Analyze customer needs, market requirements, and business objectives to define product features and enhancements.

11. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product feature and initiative success.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role delivering software products from concept to launch.

2. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, product management principles, and agile frameworks.

3. Familiarity with .NET framework, ReactJS, and Azure cloud services is advantageous.
