Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of data analysis and campaign optimization. They will be able to think creatively, experiment with new ideas, and drive results-driven growth.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our founders and senior marketers to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals. You will also collaborate with our creative team to design and execute engaging ad campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform future marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design and execute engaging ad campaigns
  • Work closely with our founders and senior marketers to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and campaign optimization
  • Ability to think creatively and experiment with new ideas
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
