Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Strategist to lead our affiliate and partner marketing programs. As the key driver of growth, you will develop strategy, build strong affiliate relationships, manage performance-driven campaigns, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue

• Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates and partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring optimal campaign execution

• Negotiate contracts, manage incentives, and ensure brand compliance across all partnerships

• Utilize analytics tools and affiliate dashboards to optimize campaigns, driving continuous improvement and maximizing ROI

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, finance, and legal teams to align on strategic goals and objectives

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, testing new partnership models, and adapting to regulatory changes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in affiliate, performance, or partnership marketing (e-commerce/consumer brands/SaaS platforms)

• Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, BI tools)

• Proven success in scaling affiliate programs and driving ROI through data-driven decision making

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
