Affiliate Marketing RoleAt our organization, we are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketer to join our team. This role involves building and scaling affiliate programs to drive user acquisition and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, launch, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to increase user engagement and brand awareness
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners in fintech and crypto ecosystems
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and provide regular support and communication
  • Negotiate commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs to attract and retain affiliates
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, LTV)
  • Optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to provide affiliates with creative assets, content, and campaign support
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in affiliate activities
  • Explore opportunities with influencers, micro-influencers, and community leaders to extend affiliate reach
  • Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and performance marketing tools
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech or payments
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience with crypto influencer collaborations or KOL campaigns
  • Familiarity with referral marketing, ambassador programs, or community-led growth
  • Exposure to Web3 analytics tools for tracking on-chain user growth
  • Understanding of compliance considerations in financial affiliate marketing
