About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive our affiliate and publisher network growth, focusing on web-based user acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns to deliver quality leads, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-performing web affiliates and publishers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize affiliate performance metrics: clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud.
  • Negotiate campaign terms and payouts (CPL, CPA, CPS, etc.).
  • E nsure seamless campaign execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage affiliate invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in web affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of key web KPIs: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, etc.
  • Experience using tracking and attribution platforms like HasOffers (TUNE), Impact, Everflow, or Affise.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources in web marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
