Manager - Affiliate Marketing the Role:

We're seeking a highly-driven and strategic Senior Business Manager Non-Biddable to lead and grow our affiliate and publisher partnerships.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, performance marketing, and relationship management.

You'll be responsible for driving measurable growth through strategic partnerships, managing key affiliate relationships, and unlocking new non-biddable media opportunities across & Planning:

- Develop and own the non-biddable media strategy with a strong focus on affiliate marketing and publisher alliances.

- Identify white space opportunities and emerging affiliate platforms to enhance campaign reach and ROI.

- Collaborate with internal performance and media planning teams to align affiliate strategies with broader marketing Management:

- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with affiliate networks, content publishers, influencers, coupon platforms, cashback partners, etc.

- Drive partner onboarding, negotiate commercial terms, and define performance KPIs.

- Proactively resolve issues, ensure compliance, and deliver superior partner Ownership:

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and ROI targets from affiliate and publisher-led channels.

- Track, measure, and report performance across channels and partnerships optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency.

- Regularly audit affiliate performance, ensuring fraud prevention, attribution accuracy, and platform Collaboration:

- Liaise with internal client servicing, tech, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Work closely with marketing leads to integrate affiliate campaigns into larger brand and performance & Trend Intelligence:

- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging platforms/tools in the non-biddable ecosystem.

- Recommend and pilot innovative approaches to enhance campaign delivery and partner & Qualifications:

- 5-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher relations, and/or non-biddable performance channels.

- Strong understanding of tracking technologies (GA, Appsflyer, Impact, etc.

- Proven experience in managing high-value partnerships and driving revenue outcomes.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make ROI-focused decisions.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
