Hiring Manager for Talent Development
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Hiring Manager to lead our talent development initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and succession planning.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge workplace culture.
- Implement recognition programs and performance incentives to drive motivation.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring to ensure employees meet expectations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans to optimize team performance.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee contracts, HR documentation, and compliance-related activities.
- Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops to foster growth.
- Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives to drive motivation.
- Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning expertise.
- Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
