Job Title:

A Human Resources Partner will be responsible for aligning Human Capital strategies with the school's mission and educational goals, overseeing recruitment and talent development, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment
    • Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that support the school's vision and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development
    • Oversight of all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employee issues and handle grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Workforce Planning and Analytics
    • Analyze workforce data to identify future talent needs and plan for staff growth.
  • Training and Development Programs
    • Support the identification of training needs and partner with the Learning and Development team to implement programs for faculty and staff.
  • Engagement Initiatives and Change Management
    • Drive programs and initiatives that foster a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
  • HR Data Analysis and Insights
    • Use HR data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
