Job Description:

This role oversees the development and implementation of training programs across multiple properties to ensure consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and brand compliance. The Learning and Development Manager partners with hotel leadership teams to identify training needs, create property-specific learning strategies, and equip team members with the skills and knowledge necessary for exceptional guest experiences.

The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering core training programs for onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations across all assigned hotels. This involves customizing training content to reflect the needs and culture of each property while maintaining brand alignment.

Key aspects of this role include implementing blended learning strategies, ensuring consistency in training quality across all properties, conducting training needs assessments, monitoring performance data, and developing targeted learning solutions based on business objectives and performance outcomes.

Additionally, this position involves delivering leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential team members, coaching hotel leadership teams on training techniques, and supporting succession planning by identifying internal talent and preparing them for future roles.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field, and minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, with multi-property exposure preferred.

Required skills include strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to design engaging and impactful training content. Cultural sensitivity, organizational project management skills, and flexibility to travel regularly between assigned hotel locations are also essential.
