Strategic Talent Manager

 

The Strategic Talent Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by developing and implementing comprehensive talent strategies. This individual will lead the creation of impactful solutions that cater to the needs of consumers while preserving ecological balance.

This key role is responsible for:

  • Providing thought leadership on organizational strategy and execution to senior business leaders, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making.
  • Establishing goals, tracking progress, and completing appraisals, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • Developing comprehensive people plans to drive lasting change in the business, consulting with leaders to devise effective strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create useful propositions for talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Analyzing data strategically to improve organizational health, informing decisions on succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintaining a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles, understanding people within the business.
  • Planning Annual Operating Plans (AOP) according to business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA in Human Resources.
  • Hold 5-8 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent management, employee engagement & retention.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in constraints, comfortable with ambiguity, and display problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
