Senior Associate Credit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Credit to strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities.

  • Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions or lenders.
  • Strong foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Fully remote position based in India. Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.

Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good financial modeling skills a plus.
