Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager - Equity & Derivatives. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining high-net-worth individual (HNI) client relationships across our product offerings.

About the Role:

  • You will engage with our paid and HNI application users virtually, serve as the primary point of contact, and nurture client relationships through continuous client engagements, risk profiling, and providing customized solutions as per their requirements.
  • Your key focus will be on getting your clients to renew their subscription plans with us by understanding their trading requirements and aligning them with our tool offering.
  • Engage actively with clients to execute trades that align with their equity investment strategies.
  • Provide real-time market insights, keeping clients informed of key market developments.
  • Help clients in their onboarding process and offer superior service by ensuring a quick turnaround time for all customer queries.
  • Cross-sell mutual funds, learning programs to existing clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of sales targets monthly.

What We Expect:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fair understanding of derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial products.
  • Achieve daily metrics.
  • Relevant experience of minimum 3 years in financial sales, mutual fund sales preferred.
  • Have the openness to change, embrace challenges, and continuously seek opportunities for growth and development.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
