Drive Digital Growth as a Performance Management Specialist

Raise Beauty is seeking a strategic Performance Management Specialist to spearhead digital growth across multiple platforms.

  • Campaign Strategy Development:
  • Design and execute cross-platform campaign strategies that optimize revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and funnels to refine marketing efforts.
  • Performance Metrics and Insights:
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to generate actionable insights and inform retargeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Optimize marketplace visibility and campaigns for improved conversions.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:
  • Work closely with brand and design teams to develop high-performing creatives.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or e-commerce environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and AppsFlyer.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
