Performance Marketing Lead

This is a pivotal role that plays a crucial part in scaling our fast-growing logistics business. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving high-impact campaigns and serving as the front face of our brand's growth initiatives.

  • We are looking for an expert who can strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will continuously optimize performance to achieve strong ROI and reduce CAC.
  • You will lead creative testing — ad copy, visuals, formats — to find breakthrough campaigns.
  • Your expertise in data-driven insights will guide marketing spend and targeting.
  • Collaboration with design and product teams will be key to aligning growth with business goals.
  • You will represent performance marketing efforts in leadership discussions and external forums.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.

International markets require specific skills, such as running campaigns for international audiences and having expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools.

You must have a strong track record of balancing creativity with analytical rigour.

A comfort level with owning growth strategies and execution is essential.

Strong communication and leadership skills are required to influence brand direction.
