Job Title

A Performance Marketing Specialist is needed to drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across various digital platforms, optimize performance continuously, and leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting.

About the Role

This role involves developing and implementing performance marketing strategies that drive conversions, engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands
  • Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Confident in taking ownership — from setting strategy to leading execution
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction

Salary Range
