Job OverviewThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Exaalgia in our headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be confident and authoritative in their interactions with clients, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating business through online platforms, email marketing, and other means.
- Communicating with clients and achieving targets.
- Proposal writing, follow-up, requirement gathering, project coordination, and linking between the development team and client from start to delivery.
- Project management and online business generation for SEO/SMO/PPC.
- Client follow-up, regular reporting, costing, negotiation, and more.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Confident and authoritative speaker with strong presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work long and unpredictable hours to reach targets.
