Job Title: Lead Loan DSA Team Leader

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, mentor and motivate a team of loan DSAs to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end loan origination process including sourcing clients, loan processing and documentation.
  3. Provide training and guidance to team members on loan products, sales techniques and customer service.
  4. Monitor the team's performance, provide feedback and ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  5. Develop strategies to enhance loan sales and expand the team's market presence.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions and clients to ensure smooth loan processing.
  7. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.
  8. Regularly review and analyze team performance and suggest improvements.
  9. Address and resolve client issues, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Coordinate with management to prepare reports on team performance and business growth.
  11. Implement initiatives for better client acquisition, customer retention and overall team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in the loan DSA or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan products (personal, business, home and vehicle loans) and the DSA process.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive results, handle challenges and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory frameworks for loan disbursements.
  • Analytical skills and ability to prepare reports and monitor team performance.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA or related certifications will be an added advantage.
