Project Finance Specialist Job Opportunity

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Finance Specialist located in Gurugram. The Project Finance Specialist will perform financial analysis, build and maintain financial models, conduct budgeting activities, and provide analytical support to project teams.

The individual will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. Daily tasks will include preparing financial reports, monitoring project costs, and providing insights to support financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate prospects
  • Structure proposals/term sheets
  • Coordinate due diligence
  • Manage lender/investor communications
  • Negotiate closing documentation

Eligibility criteria include a demonstrable track record, strong communication and representation skills, integrity and compliance mindset.

Requirements:
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Finance, Financial Modeling, and Financial Analysis expertise
  • Experience in Budgeting
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage
