Customer Success Director

At DigitalOcean, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to lead our customer success team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing customer success team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align customer success strategies with business goals.
- Utilize data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Develop and manage customer success metrics and reporting to ensure visibility into team performance and customer health.
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
