About the Role:
Froogal is a rapidly growing SaaS company that specializes in loyalty, customer engagement, and CRM solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable customer success strategies to drive retention, expansion, and renewals.
- Lead client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring seamless integration into the Froogal ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and ensure clients fully realize the value of Froogal's platform.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience leading and managing a Customer Success or Account Management team.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with industries like restaurants, retail, wellness, or consumer brands.
- Expertise in building scalable customer success processes and strategies.
