Job Title: Customer Success Lead

Nexivo Consulting, a Zoho Premium Partner in Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analysing data to improve customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyse data to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee program management and ensure timely renewals
  • Develop new strategies for customer retention activities

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in sales of SAAS-based products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and English communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask
  • Knowledge of the contact centre and customer service is preferred
