About our mission

We're a cutting-edge blockchain marketing agency partnering with top influencers and leading clients. We're seeking a skilled Web3 Content Strategist to join our mission to empower brands by scaling their content production and connecting them with their ideal audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting with client design briefs.
  • Client-Side Management: Manage client-side content, including editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality, which may involve working closely with internal teams and freelancers.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis), staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Content Research: Identify and fill content gaps, always keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Project Management Tools: Use project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Brand Voices: Adapt to different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.
  • Research Skills: Be ready to dive deep into new topics, verifying facts and finding interesting angles for your threads.

You Should Have:

  • Content Writing Experience: Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Content Format Experience: Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • Web3 Background: A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems, you should be comfortable discussing everything from DeFi and NFTs to GameFi and DAOs.
  • Twitter Algorithm: Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • Trending Topics: An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Tweet Crafting: Understanding of how to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
