Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our emergency response team. As an Emergency Response Specialist, you will play a critical role in handling urgent animal emergencies, rescues, and cruelty cases involving animals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and emails, providing appropriate support and assistance to those in need.
  • Collaborate with senior paravets, office assistants, and other stakeholders to arrange timely help for animals in distress.
  • Coordinate with animal-protection organizations, volunteers, and government agencies to facilitate emergency rescues in remote areas across the country.
  • File police complaints, visit case sites, and perform similar tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Voluntary or other experience handling emergency responses for animals is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Knowledge of other local Indian languages is an asset.
  • Ability to deal patiently with contacts, work independently, and travel as needed.
